"A little frustrating, but not a huge deal"
The site showed the item was in stock when I ordered, but then I got an email saying it was delayed. Not the end of the world, and I’ve had worse shipping surprises before, but it was still a bit annoying. I was kind of planning around it arriving that week, which of course is always when you suddenly need the thing right away. Anyway, the main issue is that the inventory info could be more accurate. Otherwise, the experience was fine

My order tracking basically just sat there for days with no useful updates. I kept checking because I wanted to know where my package was, but nothing was clear and I got tired of guessing. i don’t have the patience for that kind of hassle. Frustrating, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

I’ve noticed a few things are cheaper here than at other stores, which is nice. But not everything is a great deal. The shipping and extra fees can add up fast. Kind of takes away from the savings. I’d still use it if I checked prices first, but it’s not somewhere I’d automatically go every time...

I’m just being honest here, the refund took weeks to come through, and it really felt like nobody was actually helping me. I kept waiting and checking in, but I didn’t get much support or clear answers. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect better communication when someone’s money is involved.

"Helpful, but the timing was a little confusing"
Customer support was helpful once I actually got a reply. I can’t remember if I messaged them earlier in the week or the day before, but it definitely felt like I was waiting longer than I expected. When they did get back to me, they answered my question and helped sort out what I needed. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average. Faster replies would’ve made it a lot better

"Just Didn’t Feel Comfortable Ordering"
I know some people might think I’m being overly cautious, but the site just didn’t sit right with me. I was browsing around and trying to decide whether to place an order, but there were a few things that felt unclear, and I couldn’t find enough information to make me feel fully comfortable. Maybe other people have had a perfectly fine experience, and that’s great for them, but I wasn’t willing to risk it. I ended up backing out because, it just wasn’t worth feeling uneasy about my order.

The box showed up beat up, and the product had some scuffs on it too. It still works okay, so I’m not totally upset, but the condition wasn’t really what I was hoping for. Maybe it was just bad timing with shipping or handling, but it was kind of disappointing to open it and see it looking worn already.

"Usable, but a little clunky"
The site was mostly fine to use, though it felt a bit clunky in a few places. Some pages seemed to load slowly for me, but I’m not totally sure if that was the site or just my connection at the time. It also took more clicks than I expected to find what I was looking for. Checkout was actually smooth though, so that part wasn’t bad. Overall, it works, but it’s not the easiest site I’ve used.

I received the wrong item in my order, even though the packing slip clearly showed what I had actually purchased. I had to go back and forth over email just to explain the issue, which was frustrating, if that makes sense. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from lockedloaded again.

"Payment was kind of a hassle"
I tried ordering from lockedloaded and the payment part was annoying... my card got declined twice even though I use it all the time elsewhere, then I still saw a pending charge which made me nervous. Support did get back to me, but it took a bit and the answer wasn’t super clear. I eventually got the order to go through after trying again, but yeah, the whole thing kinda put me off from using them again anytime soon

"Took longer than I expected"
I usually figure if tracking doesn’t move for a couple days, something’s probably stuck, and that’s exactly how this felt. The shipping was really slow, and the updates were pretty much useless for long stretches. My order did show up eventually, so it wasn’t a total loss, but based on how long it sat with barely any info, I’m not exactly impressed.

"Canceling felt harder than it should have"
I had to cancel my order, and the whole thing didn’t feel handled very well. It took a while to get any response, and when they finally replied, it was vague. I liked browsing the store, but a lot of the items I wanted were "out of stock" often. It got a little frustrating after a while because I’d find something I liked and then couldn’t actually buy it.
